Shipping and return
Orders are shipped within 1 working day from payment confirmation, by priority mail (fast, cheap but without tracking) or express courier (fast, with tracking).
Box/envelope are well protected by foam or cardboard material.
Many devices are developed by us, so we can provide full support: please contact us in case of any trouble.
In case we can't solve the problem, the customer can return the goods (freight paid by customer) and get a refund for the products value or total order value, depending on the problem encountered by the customer. Refund process normally takes 1 day or less, just the time to inspect the goods and ask for additional information, if needed.
We also offer the firmware update service for free: only shipping cost should be paid by the customer.
