Det er mulig å erstatte Domoticz-programvaren med Home Assistant Core eller annen type programvare du velger, ved å bruke Linux Raspbian OS.
Domoticz er en veldig enkel og kraftig kontroller for domotiske systemer, tilgjengelig med nettleser og Android/iOS-app.
Raspberry er en enkeltkorts minidatamaskin, laveffekt (mindre enn 10 watt), med firekjerners ARM-prosessor, egnet for hjemmeautomatisering.
DomBus1 er en enhet som kan plasseres i veggkoblingsboks for å kontrollere lys, pumper, ventiler og leseinnganger som dør/vindu/blinde magnetiske sensorer (for alarm), PIR-er (for alarm og tilstedeværelse), dørklokkeknapp, .... Den er koblet til Raspberry-kontrolleren med en tynn kabel innenfor 4 ledninger (for alarm, eller bedre for RS485): 2 ledninger for data (RS485 ved 115200bps, som tillater å dekke opptil 1 km), 2ledninger for 12V strømforsyning (bedre hvis batteri backup)
DomBusTH er et lite brett som kan plasseres på et blankt deksel og er designet for å måle temperatur og relativ fuktighet. Den har også 3 lysdioder, hvit + rød + grønn, som kan aktiveres for å varsle en status eller i tilfelle strømbrudd (som nødlampe). Til slutt har den 4 konfigurerbare I/O-er (som kan kobles til brytere og trykknapper, alarmsensorer, summer, ...) og 2 åpne kollektorutganger (egnet til å drive eksterne 12V-releer).
RS485-løsningen tillater:
unngå RF-forurensning (forårsaket av WiFi og andre trådløse systemer)
bruk en tynn kabel for å koble sammen alle enheter via buss
forsyne alle enheter med en batteri backup 12V strømforsyning, slik at hjemmeautomatiseringssystemet vil fungere selv i tilfelle av strømbrudd
Dessuten er dette systemet optimalisert for lavt strømforbruk:
Bringebær bruker mindre enn 10 watt
DomBus1 bruker 0,050W i standby og 0,3W når alle 2 reléer er PÅ . Bare for å sammenligne bruker Sonoff Dual R2 1,2W i standby og mer enn 2W med kun 2 releer PÅ.
DomBusTH bruker 0,03W
og er virkelig plug&play : bare koble en ny DomBus-enhet til bussen, og du kan finne den enheten i Domoticz Switches Panel: endre maskinvareadressen fra bryterpanelet for å tilordne en unikadresse, ogalle innganger/utganger/sensorer blir automatisk tilgjengelig i Domoticz automatisk.

Kontroller innendørs og utendørs lys
Lag et pålitelig og fullfunksjons alarmsystem, som viser status på telefonen (Telegram-appen) og send bilder/videoer i tilfelle en event du ønsker.
Send et bilde på smarttelefonen når noen ringer på
Kontroller porten og fotgjengerporten for å åpne dem eksternt
Mål romtemperatur og relativ fuktighet
Styr varmepumpen eller annen varmeovn/kjøler: ikke behov for termostat i alle rom, men bare en usynlig termisk sensor i hvert rom
Aktiverer elektriske varmeovner om vinteren hvis solcellepaneler produserer mer strøm enn strømforbruk
Hvis varmepumpe og solcelleanlegg er installert, optimaliser strømforbruket ved å regulere varmepumpen på tilgjengelig strøm fra solcellepaneler
Hvis ventilasjonssystem er installert, regulerer det kontrollere luftfuktigheten i rommene, og aktiverer avfukteren (og kjølespiralen, hvis tilgjengelig) om sommeren når solenergi er tilgjengelig
Aktiver eksterne enheter som avfuktere, elektriske varmeovner, når det er ekstra strøm fra solceller, eller når romfuktigheten/temperaturen ikke er god.

DomBusEVSE - EVSE module to build a Smart Wallbox / EV charging station
Complete solution to make a Smart EVSE, charging the electric vehicle using only energy from renewable source (photovoltaic, wind, ...), or adding 25-50-75-100% of available power from the grid.
Single-phase and three-phases, up to 36A (8kW or 22kW)
Needs external contactor, RCCB (protection) and EV cable
Optional power meter to measure charging power, energy, voltage and power factor
Optional power meter to measure the power usage from the grid (not needed if already exists)
Two max grid power thresholds can be programmed: for example, in Italy who have 6kW contractual power can drain from the grid Max (6* 1.27)=7.6kW for max 90 minutes followed by (6* 1.1)=6.6kW for another 90 minutes. The module can use ALL available power when programmed to charge at 100%.
Works without the domotic controller (stand-alone mode), and can also work with charging current set by the domotic controller (managed mode)
DomBusTH - Compact board to be placed on a blank cover, with temperature and humidity sensor and RGW LEDs
Compact board, 32x17mm, to be installed on blank cover with a 4mm hole in the middle, to exchange air for the relative humidity sensor. It can be installed in every room to monitor temperature and humidity, check alarm sensors, control blind motor UP/DOWN, send notifications (using red and green leds) and activate white led in case of power outage.

Module designed to control 3 lights already existing and actually controlled by 230V pushbuttons and step-by-step relays. In this way each light can be activated by existing pushbuttons, and by the domotic controller.
