Tracking the parcel

If the parcel is sent using priority mail service, there is no any tracking number so the parcel cannot be tracked.

If the parcel is sent through registered mail service, a tracking number will be supplied and can be used to track the shipping clicking on the Poste Italiane website and writing in the first text box the tracking number (like RA280123457IT).

If the parcel is sent with express courier, you'll be automatically notified by email.

General terms and conditions

1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sales and Delivery shall apply to all sales, deliveries and services. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting customers’ conditions or conditions varying from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions shall not be accepted unless approved by Creasol Store in writing in individual cases. In addition, the applicable legal regulations shall also apply.

2 Formation of a Contract

The customer offers to conclude a contract by sending an order. An automatically generated order confirmation will be sent to you including all the details of your order. This order confirmation shall not constitute the acceptance of the contract offered by the customer. Creasol Store shall be entitled to accept such an offer within two weeks upon receipt of the same either by sending a separate message in which the offer is confirmed or by delivering the goods within this term. Creasol Store also reserves the right to not accept a customer’s offer of contract. The customer shall then be informed to this regard by email.

3 Right to Cancellation

Right to Withdrawal

The customer shall be entitled to withdraw his declaration of intention to conclude a contract within two weeks by sending a written statement (by letter, fax or email) or by returning the goods to Creasol Store. In order to comply with this term, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods in time. In this case, please send the statement or the goods to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of a withdrawal, Creasol Store shall refund the purchase price, if already paid, to the customer. All charges paid by Creasol Store (delivery fee and bank fee) will be deducted from the purchase price. In case of a major deterioration of the quality of the goods or in case of loss, the customer shall make good the corresponding reduction in value or loss to Creasol Store if he withdraws his order.
Private customers only have the right to withdraw; companies or public corporations are not entitled to this right, but they can ask the for the withdraw as well.

4 Prices and Shipping Charges

All listed prices and shipping charges include Italian VAT (20%).The table above lists some shipping charges, but more information is available during the checkout.

5 Conditions of Delivery

Goods are subject to availability. Any delay in the delivery process of the goods is beyond our control. Delivery time can therefore not be guaranteed and any dates specified for the delivery of the goods shall thus be considered approximate only. If Creasol Store is out of stock, the customer will be notified to this regard and, as a result, up to 14 days should be allowed for for the despatch of the goods. In the event of a delay of more than 14 days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and Creasol Store will refund any money already paid by the customer for any goods. Creasol Store  shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay of the delivery of the goods. Creasol Store shall choose the mode of despatch.

6 Terms and Conditions of Payment

Some payment terms are shown in the table above. More information during the checkout.

Cash on delivery is available only in few countries. Good is normally sent with NO commercial invoice. The company which needs the commercial invoice, should explicitly ask for it, specifying its VAT ID (business number).

7 Warranty

All products are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship limited to a period of two years. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration or wear and tear or acts of God. If, after inspection, Creasol Store find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, Creasol Store shall, at our discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product to the customer. The customer shall bear the shipping costs to Creasol Store, the costs of the inspection and the return shipment shall be borne by Creasol Store. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem.

8 Privacy

All personal customer information will be treated absolutely confidential. The information shall only be stored and processed to such extent as permitted by the customer and in strict observance of the applicable rules and regulations. The transfer of such information to third parties who are not involved in the performance of the contract shall be excluded. The customer who wish its information to be removed, should ask by email for removal.

9 Miscellaneous

The customer shall take full responsibility that the purchased goods meet the national technical requirements and standards required by its country.

10 Court of Jurisdiction

Court of jurisdiction shall be Treviso, Italy. The above General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Italian country, to the exclusion of the CISG (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
